Power to Change Team:

Procurement Manager - Steve Gallagher: Technical advisor for all procurement process

Learning and Evaluation Manager - Chloe Nelson: Technical advisor for the learning and evaluation framework

Programme Officer - Kate Higgins: Systems lead, relationship manager for community businesses and suppliers, user experience lead, and contracting management.

Programme Manager - Ed Howarth: Overall programme lead, coordinating the design and delivery, financial management, programme governance.
